| Tank Gauging Systems
Aspen Controls is a factory authorized service center for Rosemount TankRadar® AB (formerly Saab Tank Radar). We have spare parts and offer full warranty support for all Rosemount TankRadar® Systems. Modifications or additions to an existing system are also available.
Aspen Controls also offers complete tank gauging systems for cargo, fuel, and ballast tanks that can be custom designed for your application. Retrofits of obsolete systems are designed to minimize installation costs and give reliability to the owner.

Gas Analyzer & Monitoring Systems
Aspen Controls is a factory authorized service center for Riken Keiki gas analyzers. Service, repair and calibration of other manufacturer’s systems is available. Replacement parts, equipment, calibration gas and supplies are available for many gases such as Oxygen, LEL, CO, H2S, NH3, CL2, H2 ,SO2.
Camera Systems
Aspen Controls designs and installs security and monitoring camera systems to meet the requirements of harsh environments found on marine vessels. Aspen Controls has worked with a major manufacturer to ruggedize the CCTV product to endure the harsh environment with minimal maintenance or downtime from failures. We can design multi camera systems with multiple control and monitoring stations for engine room monitoring, steering gear and deck monitoring.

Inert Gas Systems
Aspen Controls services several Inert Gas Generators and deck pressure control systems.
After seeing many customers go off hire due to faulty Inert Gas Oxygen Analyzers, Aspen Controls has built a temporary Gas Analyzer that can be quickly installed to return a “down” system to operation. State of the art gas analyzer and PLC technology is used allowing the system to be configured to match the defective analyzer signal output configuration. Relay output contacts are available that can be configured for System Failure, Low O2 content, High O2 Content, and High-High O2 Content.
This temporary Inert Gas Analyzer can be installed quickly and stay with the vessel until the original unit is repaired and reinstalled.
Automation & Control Systems
Aspen Controls is an OEM Systems Integrator for WAGO, a world wide leader in automation and control hardware. The I/O systems available from WAGO offer compact design, powerful processing and marine regulatory body approvals. Aspen Controls’ long term relationship with the marine regulatory bodies allows a system to be designed, regulatory body approval received, and installed while dealing with only one company.
CNC Machine Shop
Aspen Controls has a complete CNC machine shop with mill, lathe, grinding, and welding capabilities to manufacture any obsolete or custom parts necessary with a quick turn around.
Aspen Controls has Electrical and Mechanical Engineers on staff to assist with any project you may have. We have a long standing reputation of being able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer unfamiliar or obsolete systems. |
